Sapphire Micro Wedding
2026      $5,400 + taxes
2027      $5,700 + taxes

  • Access to three ceremony sites, one dinner and reception site (one covered site for inclement weather)

  • Tables & chairs for up to 125 guests  

  • Access for walk-in cooler for flowers/desserts/left-over catered food

  • Full cash bar with bartender provided (guests can purchase kegs/mix drinks as well)

  • Bridal house access for two nights, check out 10 AM

  • Open soda and juice bar

  • Food Vendor Fees $150/each (an additional $150 deposit for damages incurred, will be refunded 3 weeks after the event)

  • Access to the venue for rehearsal and set up on evening before the event

  • Supporting event-day coordination and execution

  • Client responsible for venue insurance

  • Clean-up and tear down included in this package (starting 2027)

Diamond Micro-Wedding  
2026      $8,550 + taxes
2027      $9,000 + taxes

  • Access to three ceremony sites, one dinner and reception site (one covered site for inclement weather)

  • Tables & chairs for up to 125 guests (additional guests can be accommodated with the rental of more tables and chairs up to 25 more)

  • Access for walk-in cooler for flowers/desserts/left-over catered food

  • Open soda and juice bar

  • Food Vendor Fees Waived (an additional $150 deposit for damages incurred, will be refunded 3 weeks after the event)

  • Bridal house access for two nights, check out 10 AM

  • Access to the venue for rehearsal and set up on the evening before the event

  • Assistance in planning and day of execution of event

  • Open bar with bartender provided (Domestic Taps/Rail Mixers – up to 125 guests, $29.00 per guest over 125)

  • Open Flame decorative propane heaters

  • Fitted linens for all tables

  • Client responsible for venue insurance

  • Clean-up and teardown included in this package (starting 2027)
