Access to three ceremony sites, two dinner sites, and a reception site (two covered sites for inclement weather) 
Tables and chairs included for up to 150 guests. Additional tables and chairs are available to rent through Paraiso Acres if needed
Access for walk-in cooler for flowers/desserts/left-over catered food 
Food Vendor Fees Waived (an additional $150 deposit for incurred damages, will be refunded 3 weeks after the event) 
Bridal house access Saturday (check in at 1:30 PM and check out Sunday 10 AM
Access to the venue for rehearsal and set up at noon on Saturday
Client responsible for venue insurance
